May I create a custom gift basket ?
Absolutely! Our designers have put our
collections together to represent some of the most popular themes and
selections- in many cases, they fit the bill perfectly. However, if you would
like to make substitutions, additions, or even start from scratch to create
something more specifically suited to your recipient and/ or occasion, please
call- a designer will be more than happy to work with you to create the perfect
gift for you.
How does my gift arrive?
The Basket House @ GottaGetAGift.com ships anywhere in
the continental US via UPS ground. You can also opt for express shipping for an additional fee. For local deliveries, your gift will arrive via hand delivery. (See
below)
When will my gift arrive ?
We make every effort to get your gifts ready for
next day shipping or delivery. Please if you ordered a basket with chocolate or
other perishable foods- it will only be shipped on Mon or Tuesday to the same
coast- if going across the country then it must be shipped 2 day or next day
express. Generally gift baskets will be received within 5-7 days
after you place your order unless express shipping is desired.
Does the cost include delivery/shipping ?
No. Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to
the gift cost. Shipping charges listed are for ground delivery, and are based on
the cost of the gift being shipped.

$25.01-40.00 shipping $12.50
$40.01- 60.99 shipping $14.50
$75.00-99.00 shipping $16.50
$99.01-200 shipping $18.95
Local Delivery Charges vary from $5.00 to $15.00
What if I give you the wrong address ?
Please be careful when submitting information. Unfortunately we cannot be
responsible for incorrect addresses provided. However, we can redeliver your
items to the correct address for an additional delivery charge.
What if an item for my basket is out of stock ?
Due to availability and supply limitations, we reserve the right to compose
your gift with alternative components of equal or greater quality and value
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we currently accept the major credit cards online through PAY PAL. Prices do not include the cost
of delivery or shipping or (if you are a New Jersey resident or shipping a basket to a New Jersey address) 6% sales tax.
